If your purchase is not to your liking, don't worry, the return procedures are quick and easy. Remember that you have 14 business days from receiving your package to decide whether to keep or return the items you ordered.

Conditions for return
- Items must not have been used in any way. Return items (or the item) in their original packaging, in perfect condition, preferably with a copy of the sales note.
- To speed up the return procedure we recommend that you include photos of the product in the "Attachments" section. In case you want to return a saddle, it is necessary that the photo shows the underside of the saddle, to highlight that the product has not been used in any way.
- Merchandise must be returned by prepaid package (preferably insured) to: Calicantus s.r.l. Via L. Mazzon 30 - 30020 Quarto d'Altino (Venezia), Italy It Is at your discretion to choose the courier to whom you entrust the shipment.
No packages sent COD or freight collect will be picked up by the dedicated returns warehouse.
Refund conditions
- Upon receipt of the package, after verification of compliance, we will proceed within 14 business days to refund the invoiced price of the returned items.
- We will use the same payment method used for the purchase for the refund. Credit may appear after 10 business days, depending on banking timelines.
- Any damaged, incomplete, broken or dirty product due to the Customer will not be refunded and will in no case entitle the Customer to a refund of the full amount of the purchased product.
- In case the return is due to our error, the shipping cost will be borne by the seller, in all other cases the shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
