How to prepare your return
- Place the item or items back in their original packaging and make sure they are in perfect condition.
- Include a copy of the sales document inside the parcel only.
- Arrange the return shipment independently using a courier of your choice. We recommend choosing an insured and trackable shipping service. In this case, all shipping costs, including any customs duties, will be at your expense.

- We can arrange the return shipment for you and will send you a prepaid shipping label by email. A service fee will apply and will be clearly indicated during the return procedure.

Refund
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to complete the purchase, no later than 14 days from the date the returned goods are received and checked for compliance at our warehouse.
Return policy
In the event of a return, any coupons used for the purchase will not be reactivated.
