Don't forget to include in the message text:
- The order number - The reason for the stock (e.g., absent recipient, wrong or incomplete address)
- The directions to release the shipment
- Remittance, add note such as: house number, correct zip code, approximate time of delivery, correct first and last name in the intercom - delivery to another recipient).
